FHU GAMA is a family business running since year 2000. Company’s activities include commerce and services in tourism and recreation. The temporary job agency branch started in 2004 following the entry into force of the “Employment promotion and market’s institutions act”. That same year GAMA begins cooperation with Melvin Levins Akeri. The contractual duties were to supply workforce to fill truck driving positions. Our duties include the recruitment, employment and delegation of skilled employees according to the third-party employer’s request, creation of documentation associated with employment, work curriculum and the cessation of employment. Additionally, the agency creates the personnel database but also salaries lists and is actually paying the salaries to employees. Furthermore, we deal with securing employees’ social and health public insurance. We watch over safe and timely delivery of personnel to and from work and over the proper relations between employees, employer and clients of Levins Akeri together with its local employees and company’s owners.
